Our history
Neptune Windows was created with the aim of designing, implementing and promoting the Casa da Bonança project, a building built at the beginning of the 20th century for the holiday residence of the Cardinal Patriarch of Lisbon, located in the union of the Parishes of Carcavelos and Parede, bordering the waterfront which in turn connects the beach and the sea.
During the development of the concept and project, other real estate opportunities emerged, and Neptune Windows opted to expand and be converted into a family business of development and investment in the real estate sector.
The managers' passion for innovative projects led Neptune Windows, later on, to broaden the scope of its investments, in areas such as tourism, organic and sustainable agriculture and technological innovation linked to renewable energies.
All these new investments have in common projects with innovative and disruptive characteristics, capable of transforming the areas in which they operate.


Eng. Arnaldo Lago de Carvalho
Arnaldo Lago de Carvalho, born in 1948, is a distinguished economist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in Angola's oil sector. A graduate of the University of Porto and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he has held key positions at Sonangol and Deloitte Angola. As a founding member of several companies and a Sirius award-winning manager, Arnaldo's leadership and passion for the energy sector have made him a key figure in Angola's oil and gas industry, contributing significantly to its growth and development.

Pedro Lago de Carvalho
More than 20 years of experience for large international corporations as Deloitte and De Beers. Extensive knowledge and experience in financial, commercial and legal areas, external audit and tax consultancy. Hands-on experience in the oil and mining sector, expert in large projects in the exploration to mining framework, from planing and structuring to implementation, scaling-up and governance.

We have a long experience in the design, implementation and management of projects in different areas. From mining, real estate, energy, technology to logistics, and in its different phases, whether product or services, from planning, implementation, distribution, sales to after sales. Our approach is hands-on, bringing to projects not only investment but all our networking and practical know-how, contributing with our experience so that promoters and partners trace a steady course and fulfill their objectives.
We have an international background across more than 3 continents and global reach, with a long experience in multicultural and transcontinental projects, knowing first-hand the processes and challenges of growth, scaling-up and governance.
